Start with the foundation
A gentle cleanser, a moisturizer suited to your skin and broad-spectrum sunscreen are a useful starting point. For teens, keep the routine simple instead of automatically adding strong exfoliants or anti-ageing products.
Morning and evening are different
Use moisturizer as needed and follow your sunscreen’s label for application and reapplication. At night, cleanse and moisturize. Sunscreen belongs in daytime care, not the evening sequence.
What five and seven products add
The larger collections add optional hydration, lip care and makeup removal. They are a collection to use when needed—not instructions to layer seven products twice a day. Introduce one new formula at a time.
Goals are not diagnoses
Redness and acne can have different causes. This finder offers supportive skincare, not a treatment plan. Persistent or painful symptoms are a reason to ask a qualified healthcare professional.
